Services offered
- PlayPad app for players (iOS and Android): create and join padel and tennis matches, open matches, level and ranking, messaging, court booking with partner clubs.
- PlayPad Premium subscription: advanced app features, no commitment.
- PlayPad Club Manager: management software for padel and tennis clubs (schedule, online booking, members, invoicing), available by subscription.
- Marketplace: classified ads between players. The sale is concluded directly between seller and buyer; PlayPad does not collect any payment for these ads.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included.
- Signing up and the app’s basic features are free. PlayPad Premium costs CHF 9.90 per month, billed through the App Store or Google Play, cancellable at any time.
- Court bookings at a partner club are paid online at the time of booking, by credit or debit card or by TWINT. The club’s price and cancellation terms are shown before payment.
- Club Manager subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan; prices are published on the Club Manager.
- Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. PlayPad does not store any banking data.

The PlayPad brand, logos, interface, texts and visuals of this website and the app are the property of PlayPad Sàrl or its partners. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Governing law
This notice and all PlayPad services are governed by Swiss law. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, the place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
