PlayPad is a sports community. To protect users and comply with regulations, age requirements apply depending on which features you use.
1. Minimum age on PlayPad
You must be at least 13 years old to create a PlayPad account and use the app's social features (open matches, community, messaging).
2. Creating an account
When signing up, you must provide an accurate date of birth. If you are under 13, you cannot create an account or access services reserved for registered members.
3. Creating and joining matches
From age 13, you can publish an open match listing, join a match offered by another player, and take part in related conversations, in accordance with community rules and the terms of use.
4. Booking a court
Booking a slot with a partner club involves a contractual commitment and, where applicable, online payment. You must have reached the legal minimum age required in your country or region to enter into this type of transaction. If you have not yet reached that age, you may still use PlayPad for matches and the community, but the booking feature may be denied or restricted.
5. Date of birth
Your date of birth is used to verify your eligibility for different features. Any false declaration may result in suspension or closure of your account.
6. Minor users
If you are between 13 and the legal age of majority in your country, using PlayPad may require authorization or supervision by a parent or legal guardian, depending on applicable law. Parents remain responsible for their child's activity on the app.
7. Changes to these rules
We may update these age requirements to reflect changes to the app, partners, or regulations. Updates will be published on this page.
