1. Registration and Profile
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information and you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential.
2. Publishing an Open Match Listing
When you publish an open match listing, you are the sole person responsible for and organizer of the booking. You can indicate whether the court has already been booked by you and what amount you request from other players. PlayPad disclaims all liability in case of booking or payment issues with sports facilities.
3. Joining an Open Match
When you join an open match, you are solely responsible for planning your participation. The match organizer will indicate whether your spot in the match is accepted. PlayPad disclaims all liability in case of shared payment negotiation issues for a booking, player absence, or unpleasant behavior from a user.
4. Selling an Item
When publishing your listing to sell padel equipment, you are solely responsible for and organizer of the transaction. You can specify the type of item and the amount requested. PlayPad disclaims all liability in case of payment issues related to the sale of padel or tennis equipment.
5. Buying an Item
When you respond to a listing for padel or tennis equipment, you are solely responsible for contacting the seller, negotiating the price, and organizing payment. You may specify the type of item you are looking for and the amount you are willing to pay. PlayPad disclaims all liability for issues related to contacting the seller, price negotiation, or payment organization.
6. Club Organizer
Club organizers are fully responsible for managing their club listings, their events, and the information displayed on the platform.
7. User-Generated Content
Any content you publish in the app, including open match listings, sales listings, and comments, must respect copyright and must not include offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
8. Liability and Risks
Use of PlayPad and participation in proposed activities are at your own risk. PlayPad disclaims all liability in case of injury, property damage, or other issues resulting from use of the application.
9. Account Modification or Termination
PlayPad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account at any time in case of violation of these terms of use or for any other reason deemed necessary.
10. Intellectual Property
PlayPad owns all intellectual property rights related to the application and its content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content of the application for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
11. Changes to the Terms
PlayPad reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will be published in our application.
12. Governing Law
These terms of use and any separate agreements under which we provide services to you are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swiss law.
